The Centenary bridge, located above the Mapocho river in Santiago, was widened to incorporate a fourth traffic lane over
the lateral cantilevers. To give enough resistance to those cantilevers, they were reinforced with FRP technique. Because of this
Reinforcement, the INTERNATIONAL CONCRETE REPAIR INSTITUTE gave us the award of merit at the transportation category in 2009.
